  1. Hahaha, snap…

As I walked out of it last night, I have to admit that I was flexing my muscles a bit, checking out my arms and then thinking “geez, I’m such a loser!”

Seriously, seriously good cinematography though. Visually, it’s an absolute masterpiece.

  2. It’s going to take me a few months to sculpt some of those guns. Nevermind the advanced visual effects and colour adhancements to their body parts!

Great movie though. Very bloody, but as you say Martin, a visual masterpiece! Loved it.

  3. Hahaha @ Mark gymming (not a personal attack, merely laughing at the effect a movie can have on one’s self-image). I’ve gotta see this movie – probably tomorrow night, half-price Tuesdays (otherwise Ster-kinekor charges an arm and a leg).

On another note, hard luck for not winning the best tech blog on the sablogawards – my vote was casted for you! 🙂

  4. lol.. this is exactly what I was thinking the whole way through as well.

I guess you would work out a bit more if you know that you will have to parade around half naked all day.

  5. LOL! The girls at work was raving about the movie…. and now I know why. If only going to gym actaully helped… but then again I must admit that the only reason I go to Virgin Active Sandton is for the breakfast at KUAI 😛

  6. Adii: Defintely a must watch. You’ll feel exactly the same. Trust me. Thanks for the votes for Blog Awards. Alas, there is always next year.

    Gerhard: Haha. Good point.

Tripeak: My girlfriend is usually totally grossed out by blood and gore. She wasn’t in this one. I think she was concentrating on something else…

    Breakfast Burrito at Kauai. Mmmmmmm…..

  7. Haha … good luck on that gym thing Mark

I am rather taken back by the 2007 Blog Awards though… I mean … opening DiGiTAL FARM next to “best design” … erm … errrr… I really do not know how that happened. I was convinced that you had it.

  8. Sick movie bru!! Saw it last night – late show.. wow. Makes you wanna go deep into lavender hill and take on some dudes on tik.

  9. Daedalus: I need luck, lots of it!

Thanks for the compliment regarding the “Best Designed”. Alas it was not my year, back to the drawing board. Well done on your newish design as well. I definitely see your photoshop skills developing fast!

Matthew: You have to watch it mate. It’s the ultimate guy’s flick, feel guilty afterwards.

Lil bro: Haha, i think you’d need one of those bulletproof shields!

  10. Mark,
No need for you to go to any drawing board. All we need to do next year is to ensure we also sp@m a gazillion people to vote for Digital Farm. 😉
